In December last year, Instagram introduced five new filters, and they heard the overwhelming excitement from the community after their release. As part of their commitment to creativity, Instagram has introduced three new filters including Reyes, Lark, and Juno, and they are planning to bring additional ones more regularly in the future. The Filters Come with Enhanced Emoji
Alongside the new filters, Instagram has also added support for Emoji in hashtags. The emoji hashtags let users tag their photos with emoji. Emojis are tiny pictures that have come to dominate text conversations. When you click on emoji, it will direct you to more stories associated with what you are following.
Emojis are used to communicate feelings and emotions in ways that everyone can understand, regardless of their background or language. Using emoji hashtags, users can discover even more by adding them to their videos and photos, tapping on them when they see them in captions and searching them on the Explore page. As concerns these emoji hashtags, everyone knows emoji always wins, so the feature is already a successful addition.
Reyes, Lark and Juno Are Up to the Task
Reyes, Lark, and Juno are a group of subtle filters that enhance and brighten photos in beautiful and refined ways. Reyes brings a dusty, vintage look to your photos. Lark punches up blues while desaturating reds and greens to bring your landscapes to life, and Juno makes warm tones pop while tinting cool tones green and making whites glow for vibrant photos of people.
With these new filters, users will no longer need to install third party apps to filter their photos. Well, that’s good news as it will save them time and energy. We also believe that the new filters that Instagram will introduce in future will do an excellent job. Instagram is working hard to keep its competitors at bay.
The Apple’s AppStore already has Instagram for iOS version 6.11.0, and these updates are also available in the latest version of Instagram for Android, 6.20.0, in Google Play.
